Elliott told me you had written. I think removing the port would be wonderful! I remember hearing from Pete that one of his kids who had been really sick saw the port removal as a rite of passage to not being sick anymore. I know you don't like surgery and pills and stuff, although I am certain this is the last time you will have to do it! Love you!
